How fast can a technician get to my home in Dubai?
For most of Dubai we aim for same-day service, and for AC and water emergencies we're often there within the hour. When you message us on WhatsApp we'll give you a realistic ETA straight away based on where you are and what's wrong.
Do you give a price before starting the job?
Yes. After a quick diagnosis (in person or from a photo you send), we give you a clear quote. You approve it before any work begins — no surprise add-ons on the invoice.
Can you handle both apartments and large villas?
Absolutely. We work across Dubai apartments, flats, townhouses and large villas — and we look after landlord and property-management portfolios too, including full annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
What if the repair fails again after you leave?
We stand behind our work. If a repair we carried out fails within the guarantee period, get in touch and we'll come back and put it right.
How do I pay, and do you bill companies?
We take cash and card, and we can invoice property managers, owners' associations and companies. For AMC and regular work we'll set up whatever billing suits you.
